Total Suspended Solid (TSS) Wireless Real-Time Monitoring System with CCTV
We are an approved supplier in Singapore by the Public Utilities Board (PUB).
Our system offers savings in penalties and man-hours required in complying with the Singapore’s PUB sewerage and Drainage (Surface Water Drainage) Regulations; monitoring to ensure that the treated discharge does not exceed 50mg/L limit specified under Regulation 4(1). This is also to provides site Project Managers (PM) and ECOs with a tool to monitor and control sediment in their construction sites.
There are two main components of this system:
1) TSS Wireless Real-Time Monitoring System
This system will be installed to the Earth Control Measure (ECM) water treatment tank. The TSS Sensor will be placed in the discharged tank where it will measure and monitor the treated discharge to ensure that the treated discharge does not exceed 50mg/L. Data will be transferred to secured website (protected with User ID and password) and alerts will be sent to designated persons when the treated discharge are exceeded.
2) CCTV
CCTV camera are installed near the discharged pipe to monitor and ensure water discharged out are not silty water as per PUB requirements. LED light will be installed together with the camera to provide sufficient lighting onto the discharged pipe. Live images will be displayed on our secured website.
